Hello! My name is Rachel. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I have been in the field of child development since 2017 as a preschool teacher and as an EA with the Halton District School Board. Before starting at CECP, I worked in a program for children with autism. I helped them reach their goals with the support of a behaviour analyst. My priorities when working with children are making sure they feel safe, respected and have a chance to develop their skills, interests, and autonomy. I look forward to working with all the families at CECP!
